FLEXIBLE, RELIABLE, HIGH-QUALITY, ROBUST

This version is equipped with a flange on both ends and is connected to the piping via a bolt-and-nut joint. It is the shortest design after the flanged version.

In the lugged version with threaded flange holes, the valve is bolted directly to the pipe flanges on both sides. It has the shortest overall length and can therefore be installed in the piping system in a very space-saving manner.

DIRECT REPLACEMENT, HIGH RELIABILITY, LOW EMISSIONS

The design of the gate valve replacement was developed to allow for the replacement of a all valves with ASME B16.10 face-to-face length (ball valve, gate valve, globe valve) without modifying the piping. Unlike other valve designs, using the Quadax® gate valve replacement saves space and weight and also reduces the cost of your system.

ZERO LEKAGE, ROBUST, HIGH SEALING PERFORMANCE

The buttweld version is primarily used in long-distance pipelines. With this version, which has no flanged connections, the risk of undetected leaks is significantly reduced.

EASY TO MAINTAIN, CRYO-DESIGN, ZERO LEKAGE, SAFETY

To perform maintenance on the valve, all internal components can be removed through the top access point while the body remains in the pipeline. The top-entry version is primarily used in pipelines or LNG Terminals, where flanged connections must be avoided.
