The fourth offset allows the sealing ring to swing in and out with virtually no contact. This means: No wear in the seating area during the closing process.

HOMOGENEOUS MATERIAL EXPANSION

Under extreme temperature fluctuations, the housing and seal expand uniformly and contract just as uniformly. This ensures long-term sealing performance even under extreme thermal loads.

Top Entry Valve

The Quadax Top Entry Valve was specifically designed to maximize workplace safety. Maintenance is performed from the outside, eliminating the need for employees to enter the valve—unlike conventional designs. This reduces the risk of accidents, minimizes downtime, and enhances process reliability. In combination with 4-offset design, Quadax offers maximum tightness at temperatures ranging from -270 °C / -454 °F to 538 °C / 1000 °F.
